What it knows

The tab What it knows shows everything the receptionist uses, straight from your app: treatments and prices, therapists, opening hours, vouchers, the current promotion and your booking rules. Nothing here can contradict your app.

To change something, tap Change next to it. You go to the place where it is set up, for example Services for prices.

Questions and answers

For things the app does not know (parking, directions, what to bring), add short entries under Questions and answers: one question, one short answer.

Therapist names

If guests cannot choose their therapist on your booking page, the receptionist does not name therapists either. It only offers times.
