Move from another tool

1. Export your data from your old tool as CSV files.
2. In Zenno go to Settings → Import → Import from another system.
3. Choose what to import: Customers, Appointments or Blocked times, and upload the file.
4. Check the preview and import.

Imported appointments do not send confirmation emails, but guests still get the reminder the day before.

Treatments can be imported in Services → Import; vouchers in Vouchers → Gift cards → Import CSV.
