Vouchers, passes and loyalty

Open Vouchers. The tabs:

• Gift cards: every card and pass. Issue a card or pass (a Value card or a Service pass), download the PDF, email it to the recipient, or import cards from another system (Import CSV).
• Gift-card setup: suggested values, a custom amount with minimum and maximum, expiry and code format. Service passes (for example “5 × Thai massage 60 min”): Create a service pass. PDF design: your artwork and terms next to the QR code.
• Orders & sets: voucher sets and online orders that are paid in the shop. When the guest pays, tap Paid cash or Paid by card, print the vouchers and tick when handed over. You can also run a promotion with a gift above a minimum amount.
• Point of sale: redeem a card or pass by code, and see pending payments.
• Loyalty program: points per amount spent, points for a reward, a welcome bonus and expiry.
