The bookings list

Open Bookings. Filter by Needs action, Upcoming, Past, Cancelled & no-shows or All, or search by name or email.

The column Next step tells you what is still open: confirm, “Did they show up?”, payment. Tap Open to do it; the steps are the same as in the calendar, see Confirm, take payment, move or cancel.

New appointments are added in POS.
