Redeem a voucher

When the guest pays for a booking: open the booking, go to 3 · Payment, tap Gift card, enter the code and tap Redeem.

Without a booking: in POS, tap Redeem voucher.

  1. Scan the QR code on the voucher with the camera, or type the code.
  2. Zenno shows the remaining value (or the visits left on a multi-visit card).
  3. Enter the amount to take off and confirm.

The rest stays on the voucher for the next visit.
